Jack Rincon Architect Services

At Jack Rincon Architect, we take care to provide our customers with high quality services, personalized for their unique needs. We will work with you to ensure that your ideas and requirements are incorporated into your building project.

Preliminary Project Evaluation

Preliminary design is critical in the success of any building project.  The site, building, and budget are all vital parts of the process.  We will help you evaluate your site to maximize its potential. The building programming is the next step in any sucessful project.  Identifying all the required rooms for your building, without exceeding the desired overall size, will be our goal.  Finally, we understand the importance of staying within the financial budget without sacrificing quality or your requirements for the project.

Architectural Design

Most clients have a vision for their projects.  How the building will look, both inside and out, and how the building will function to meet their individual needs.  Form and function are both key elements; one should not be sacrificed for the other.  Our goal will be to ensure a pleasing look for your building, as well as one in which it will be a pleasure to work and /or live for many years to come.  Construction documents (CD) are the means by which your project will become a reality.  We will provide the contractor with the required information in the CD to ensure all your goals are accomplished.

Construction Administration

The final key element of the building process is the actual construction of the building.  Our role in this process is vital to the overall success of the project.  We will act as your advocate, ensuring the work is done as it was set forth in the construction documents (CD).  This includes not only the quality of work performed, but also confirming the materials used are the same materials called for in the CD.
